Privacy
Without an account, Terral asks for nothing about you. With one, it keeps the minimum: your email, your level, your favorite spots and the days you open the app. Terral doesn't sell data, doesn't send marketing email and has no ads that track you.
What your account keeps
- Email: to send the sign-in code and tell accounts apart. There is no password.
- When you signed up, your last sign-in and how many sign-ins.
- Your level and favorite spots, so Terral opens your way on any device.
- The days your account opened Terral: just the date, not the time or what you looked at.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Account, level and favorites: to provide the service you asked for (LGPD, art. 7, V).
- Limits on sign-in attempts and the days of use: Terral's legitimate interest in keeping sign-in safe and following how the service is used (LGPD, art. 7, IX). Only Terral's admins see these numbers.
How long
- Account data stays while the account exists. Deleting the account, on the account page, erases your email, level, favorites and days of use at once.
- A session ends after 30 days without use, or when you sign out.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing from your account's email, or delete everything yourself on the account page. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
